We record all errors and critical events in a structured and anonymised form to identify their causes and to reduce or eliminate them within the scope of remedial measures. We systematically and continually record a variety of patient feedbacks to enable continuous monitoring of our work. We compare ourselves to external healthcare market benchmarks. We are ISO-certified which accredits our quality management system. This enables us to maintain a high-quality standard at all times.
