The Electronic Patient Record (EPR) is a digital collection of important information relating to a person’s own health, such as hospital reports, test results, vaccinations administered, etc. Healthcare professionals and patients can access this information at any time via a secure internet connection. The patient decides who is allowed to view which documents.
To raise awareness of the EPD within the healthcare sector and amongst the general public, Sanela is taking its EPD Postbus on tour. Take this opportunity to ask questions and, if you wish, open your own dossier. To do so, you will need:
- 20–30 minutes
- A smartphone with email access
- A biometric passport or identity card
- SwissID login (if you have one; if not, you will need to create one)
