Successful completion of apprenticeships

We are proud of our trainees and offer our warmest congratulations! A huge thank you goes to our training coordinators and all our vocational trainers, who demonstrate great dedication every day in supporting the trainees and passing on their knowledge.

We are particularly delighted that this year we were able to train our first Medizinische Praxisassistentin (MPA) EFZ.

Many of the graduates are staying on at Zuger Kantonsspital – whether in their day-to-day work or by starting a degree course this autumn.

When asked why they would recommend their training at Zuger Kantonsspital, the apprentices cited, amongst other things, the friendly atmosphere, the varied training programme and the professional environment. They particularly appreciated the opportunity to work independently, collaboration within dedicated teams and the insights gained into various departments. The main challenges mentioned were shift work and dealing with stressful situations.
