  • Information about outpatient services such as home care (Spitex), 24-hour home care, emergency call systems, meal delivery, assistive devices, Tixi taxi and Red Cross transport service.
  • Advice on financial and social law issues
  • Cooperation with the Child and Adult Protection Authority (KESB)
  • Counseling in difficult life situations
  • Networking with advice centers such as the Cancer League, Pro Senectute, the Palliative Care Department, the Alzheimer's Association, addiction advice, etc.
