Allocations
To enable us to plan the consultation as effectively as possible, we ask that the referring doctor submit a written referral. Patients will then be contacted directly by our reception team.
Registration
When registering a patient, please provide the following details:
- Administrative details (full personal details, telephone number, health insurance including insurance number)
- Medical details (reason for referral, clinical presentation, comorbidities, medication, and any contraindications)
- A brief description of the known complex psychosocial situation
- Supporting documents such as relevant reports from previous examinations carried out by other specialists, including laboratory and radiological investigations, etc.
Reports
Provided the patient consents, the referring doctor will receive an initial report following completion of the diagnostic process (usually after several consultations), containing an assessment and summary of the therapeutic approach. A further report will be provided subsequently, either upon completion of the regular consultations or upon discharge back to the GP’s surgery.
