Due to a significant increase in demand and staff absences caused by illness, there are currently waiting times of up to 8 months for Bone Density Scans (DXA). We prioritise cases of medical urgency. We are also doing everything we can to ensure that, in future, we can assess all referrals within a reasonable timeframe. In the meantime, we ask you and your patients for your patience and understanding regarding the limited availability of appointments.
