For junior assistants

We are offering four placements for practical training in General Internal Medicine (elective year, clinical placement tertial). You will be introduced to General Internal Medicine within a department. You will also be scheduled to work in the A&E department during your training. In addition to your practical work, you will take part in numerous further training courses.

We have a training mandate from the University of Zurich. Some of our training places are therefore reserved primarily for Swiss students. These students may apply to us 2–3 years in advance for a placement lasting 3 to 4 months.

The remaining places, or those not taken up by Swiss students, are allocated to international students. If you intend to spend 4 months (from the first to the last day of a month) with us, please send us your application documents 2–3 years before your desired start date. A prerequisite is proficiency in spoken and written German.
