Interventional pulmonology resp. bronchoscopy (generally in an outpatient setting, if necessary inpatient with and without anaesthetic support)
- diagnosis of suspected lung cancer incl. endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) and radial endobronchial ultrasound (R-EBUS)
- Diagnostics of interstitial lung diseases (transbronchial cryobiopsy, transbronchial forceps biopsy)
- Diagnosis and therapy of haemoptysis
- Diagnostics and therapy of pleural effusions (sonography, pleural fluid aspiration = thoracentesis, implantation of permanent pleural catheters e.g. Drainova catheter )
